Important Update – June 24, 2026

Due to unforeseen technical issues affecting our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, we are currently unable to access patient records. As a result, all virtual and in-person appointments scheduled for today have been cancelled.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to proactively contact affected patients, as we do not have access to demographic information at this time.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Our phone lines remain open to assist patients and to reschedule appointments. If you are unable to reach us, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. The issue is expected to be resolved by 7:00 PM on June 24, 2026, with normal operations resuming tomorrow.
