Office Manager:

Spruce Medical Walk-In Clinic is seeking an office manager. 

Vulnerable Sector Check / Reference check may be required.

First Aid / CPR (Required).

Prior medical office experience and other languages a great asset.

 

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Confidentiality

• Collecting fees

• Attention to detail

• Assisting clinician/s

• Sterilizing patient rooms

• Collect samples from pts.

• Scheduling appointments

• Answering telephone calls

• Greeting patients & visitors

• Sterilization of medical equipment

• Filing, faxing, scanning & other office admin duties

• Other duties as required
